Single suites (Rooms 1–5 and 7) are currently offered at $250 per week. Room 6 — Double Room pricing is available by inquiry. Sign a 12-month lease and your first month is half off. Jordan confirms offer eligibility, the full quote, any deposit or fees, and your lease agreement before signing.
What is the first-month discount?
With a 12-month lease, your first month’s rent is half off. Jordan confirms whether the discount applies to your room and provides the full quote, including any deposit and fees, before you sign.
Can I keep the furniture and equipment?
Existing furnishings can stay by arrangement, and you can discuss which pieces suit your setup. Changes to the room or equipment are arranged directly with Jordan.
Who are the suites for?
We welcome inquiries from independent beauty, wellness, creative and other professional services. Tell us your services; permitted use, required licensing, equipment needs and room suitability are confirmed with Jordan for your specific room and use.
What sizes are the rooms?
Rooms vary in size. Measurements are being finalized. A personal tour is the best way to compare the rooms and find the right fit; ask Jordan for verified dimensions before choosing.
When can I tour?
Tour requests are welcome for weekends and weekdays after 5:30 p.m., Tampa time. Share your preferred days and times. Jordan will personally confirm the appointment; the form does not reserve a time automatically.
How soon can I move in?
Move-in timing is coordinated personally for each room. Tell Jordan your target date, and she will discuss the room’s transition and an agreed move-in schedule with you.
What is the complimentary business coaching?
One-on-one business coaching with Jordan is available by arrangement. Discuss what would be useful for your business and agree on a time together.
What else is included in rent?
Ask for the complete room quote, including utilities, deposit, fees, permitted customization and any equipment arrangements. These details are confirmed in your rental agreement.
