What is the rent and lease term?
Rooms are currently offered at $1,000 per month. A 12-month lease is the standard option. With a 12-month lease, the first month’s rent is 50% off ($500). Jordan will confirm the full quote and agreement for your room before you sign.
Can I keep the furniture and equipment?
Yes. Existing furnishings can stay, and you can discuss which pieces you would like to keep for your setup. Changes to the room or equipment are arranged directly with Jordan.
Who are the studios for?
We welcome inquiries from stylists, barbers and independent beauty, wellness and creative professionals, including tattoo artists. Tell us your services; suitability, equipment needs and required licensing are confirmed for your specific room and use.
What sizes are the rooms?
Rooms vary in size. Measurements are being finalized. A personal tour is the best way to compare the rooms and find the right fit; ask Jordan for verified dimensions before choosing.
When can I tour?
Tour requests are welcome for weekends and weekdays after 5:30 p.m., Tampa time. Share your preferred days and times. Jordan will personally confirm the appointment; the form does not reserve a time automatically.
How soon can I move in?
Move-in timing is coordinated personally for each room. Tell Jordan your target date, and she will discuss the room’s transition and an agreed move-in schedule with you.
What is the complimentary business coaching?
One-on-one business coaching with Jordan is available by arrangement. Discuss what would be useful for your business and agree on a time together.
What else is included in rent?
Ask for the complete room quote, including utilities, deposit, fees, permitted customization and any equipment arrangements. These details are confirmed in your rental agreement.
